Are you craving some "me" time on your mat? Come connect with yourself and your baby during this 6 week yoga series. Through asana, breath work, visualization, mindfulness, and mantra you'll develop many different tools for childbirth. You will learn how to modify postures to accommodate your changing needs and the unique environment will provide a space for questions and discussion. I'm passionately drawn to the magic & phenomenon of pregnancy. Through my prenatal classes, I hope to inspire expecting mothers to bring their yoga into their birthing experience.
