Join us for a journey through the elements as we explore each in turn, awakening our true self in a transformational process designed by nature. Explore the five phases of energy as we work through the elements of Water, Wood (Air), Fire, Earth, and Metal (Ether). Discover your personal element and how the other four elements nourish, command, expand and befriend you. We will combine Yang (Vinyasa/Hatha) and Yin yoga, chanting, dance, partner / acro yoga, astrology, adventure, meditation and more in a sacred and pristine tropical paradise dedicated to your highest good.
