YOGA FOR THE PREGNANT YOGINI

I'll be teaching prenatal yoga, at TWO different locations starting this fall.
    The first is an ongoing Prenatal class at Unity Yoga on Commercial drive & 10th Ave. This will commence on Sunday, Oct 11th and will continue every Sunday until..... forever (hopefully;). Class starts at 12:00pm and finishes around 1:20pm. Visit www.unityyoga.ca for more details or email me. 

    The second is a 7 week series happening at Sacred Space Studios on 4th Ave, every Monday (except Nov 30th) from Oct 19th - Dec 7th, from 12:30-1:30pm. Please email me at emilyjanemillen@yahoo.com to reserve your spot. See below for more details.


        Practice prenatal yoga strongly and safely. Through asana, breath work, visualization, mindfulness, & mantra you will develop many different tools for child birth. You’ll learn how to modify postures to accommodate your changing needs and the unique environment will provide a space for questions & discussion. Come to connect with yourself and your baby, and leave feeling energized, replenished, and centred.
